What we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to deliver it: your name, phone number, delivery address, and the items you ordered. We do not operate an online payment gateway, so we never collect or store any credit/debit card or bank details — every order is Cash on Delivery (COD), paid in person when your parcel arrives.

How we use it

Your order details are passed to our fulfillment and delivery partner, GulfCOD, solely so they can pack, ship, and collect payment for your order in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. We use your phone number to confirm the order and delivery time before dispatch. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep order records only as long as needed to process your purchase, handle any replacement request, and meet basic accounting requirements.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by messaging us on Instagram or Threads @kasvera.store.
